Our role—This project was developed in two phases. The condominium plans required unit boundary definitions that were unique in our area of practice. The project was further complicated by the phased construction. A detailed reference plan was prepared to define the easements and rights of way needed between the two phases to allow each owner to use all of the facilities available. Additional easements were needed by utilities companies to allow access to maintain their physical plant.
