Context—Newly constructed high-rise condominium
Our role—This project was a 16-storey, 108-unit luxury high rise in downtown London. The site included a heritage building that was converted into four units. Callon Dietz prepared the draft plan and the first application Land Titles Plan for boundary and title conversion as well as the final condominium plans for registration. A stratified or three dimensional reference plan was also prepared to sever a portion of the site for future development.
