Context— To develop a plan of subdivision to create 300 single-family residential lots. This project will be developed in three phases.
Our role – Callon Dietz completed a boundary survey of the project site and prepared the draft plan of subdivision. After planning approvals, we calculated the final plan to comply with the draft plan, zoning and environmental conditions. We also completed a topographic survey in Digital Terrain Model (DTM) format to allow detailed engineering design.
