Context—Phased implementation of a planned residential and commercial neighbourhood. The project encompasses 525 acres and, when complete, will create more than 1300 single-family units.
Our role—Callon Dietz has provided ongoing services for this project since its inception in 1994.
Initially, we worked with the design engineers to establish a watermain ring around the development. We later worked with the engineers and contactors to build a 1600 metre long, 4 metre wide and 30 metre deep tunnel used as a storm water and sanitary sewer outlet. The constructed tunnel outlet was situated within three centimetres of the design both horizontally and vertically.

To date we have completed plans of subdivision creating more than 600 lots. We have also registered eight condominium plans in this development.
