Context—Convert existing rental apartment complex to condominiums.

Our role—Before preparing condominium plans for this project, our initial task was to create architectural drawings of each unit. Callon Dietz measured all units on site and prepared the architectural drawings on behalf of our client.

A draft plan of condominium and a site plan showing existing site conditions were prepared and submitted to the City of London Planning Department for approval. On behalf of our client, we negotiated the extent of site improvements required to obtain Condominium approval. After draft plan approval was received, the final condominium drawings were prepared and registered.
