We perform approximately 50% of surveys for condominium development in Middlesex County, Ontario. Clients value our ability to legally describe space in terms that are unequivocal—an ability that saves both time and money.

Condominium projects typically fall under one of three types:
• newly constructed high-rise or townhouse
• conversion from existing rental tenure to condominium ownership
• single detached (similar to typical ownership of detached dwellings)

Our role starts at project inception. We establish the property boundaries and work with the project lawyer to establish a Land Titles Absolute Title. Concurrent with the title work, we prepare a draft plan of condominium and submit it to the appropriate planning authority.
