Callon Dietz sponsored and participated in a great STEM and trades event put on by Build a Dream last night.
High school girls attend with a parent to learn about non-traditional careers for females, and gain exposure to opportunities they might not have envisioned for themselves or their daughters.
This event was put on by Build a Dream>> “Our research shows that female students often overlook male-dominated careers simply due to a lack of awareness when planning for their future. Build a Dream spotlights these exciting career opportunities that fall under five pillars: skilled trades, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics), emergency response, entrepreneurship, and advancing women in society.”
